About Me 

Talented, ambitious and sought after makeup artist and hair stylist Huma Islam has over 15 years of experience in the bridal make-up and commercial fashion and editorial industries. Starting off her career as a beauty advisor, Huma fell in love with the confidence the women she made up would gain after their transformation and so threw herself into the the freelancing beauty industry.

Huma worked with leading magazines and on set at fashion shows, where she soon began to build a portfolio of her own established works. Keeping her style classic, and with her familiarity of products from her past experiences, she has been able to advise, lead and teach future aspiring makeup artists.

Huma’s classic makeup techniques incorporate sculpting, highlighting and emphasising to bring out the best version of the natural features. While continuously educating herself with new new trends to keep up to date with her fashion forward clients.

Huma’s London studio is built upon her dream to share her experience and educate all those who aspire to follow in her footsteps and create a career in makeup and hair styling.
